Seriously I want one!!!!!

Alright so I goofed on the numbering. I don't recall reading that all the SRs are duos, but I know from previews that Black Adam and Shazam are one of them.

Well, if the SRs are all going to be duos then I guess Larfleeze won't be a Super Rare after all. Unfortunately that means either he's a rare (which isn't so bad) or he's a chase (which is really bad, but would be ironic as someone else already pointed out) or he's not in the set at all (since I'm not that convinced he's the 8th figure in the starter).

Well, unless it changed, the general idea was to have all SRs be duos. But that was a conceptual idea and not actually written in stone.

Though it seems pretty likely.

I'd like to see Larfleeze as a large base figure, something along the lines of Thor's Mighty Chariot or BiBtB Joker. The sculpt would be awesome, Larfleeze in the middle surrounded by his Orange Lantern Corps Constructs. He needs to be more powerful than a normal max 11 click figure, he did take on the entire Green Lantern Corps (including Guardians) by himself.

Do we know what the BiBtB figure will be for Brave and the Bold? Larfleeze would be beyond awesome.

I think it would make sense that Larfleeze would be a chase. They seem to do chases of characters that haven't had a whole lot of time within the comic realm.

Plus, the irony of being the Orange Lantern of Avarice.

The irony of having Larfleeze as a chase figure will be to great to refuse.

I really want a Larfleeze . . . but that idea is too amazing. It would cause such a huge meltdown on here and I've got a bit of a sadistic streak, so I'd love to watch that show. lol

I'm hoping for a few Lanterns in Brave and the Bold but I'm more interested in a Blackest Night Set. I think this storyline has reached out and touched every DC fan in some way and pulled them in. This would be a fantastic set all by itself. as far as Larfleeze, he would make a great chase piece and I'm not sure they could make him strong enough on an 11 clix base. I love the idea on here about him having his own "collector's set" and having orange constructs with him. I'd spend big money on something like that, but I was a big fan of the collector's sets and was disappointed when they stopped making them. With DC getting less sets than Marvel, it filled the year long gap between DC sets for me. This would be awsome.

Just remember that I called months ago that the next DC set after BatB will be Blackest Night/Brightest Day. I think that the Starter will be a "5 months too early" starter instead of a "one month too late" starter in terms of releasing simultaneously with its main corresponding set.

Would Larfleeze be a giant? Can't he get really big sometimes, on account of his greed?

Edit: In Green Lantern 42 he made a giant construct of himself. It would be awesome if they made that like they did Sinestro back in the day.

Honestly if Larfleeze isn't a chase, it will be a crime against nature. I don't care how many rabid fanboys cry they want their Larfleeze. If ANY character ever deserved to be nearly impossible to attain, it is him... In fact, chase is far to common for him. I hope he's a s SUPERChase!

I actually think they SHOULD release him only as a chase or a high level LE. There really has to be demand and greed for his figure.


AND a special trait that rewards greed: "Larfleeze gets +1 to any combat value on his dial for each additional Larfleeze Chase figure you own in your personal collection and have on hand as proof."

Larfleeze could be released as a SR duo figure (if he's not a chase). 'Fleezy and an orange construct or two on a double base. The sculpt could be Larfleeze creating orange constructs with his ring, or clutching his lantern, since it's usually his constructs who actually do his attacking for him, rather than him blasting away with his ring like other Lanterns do.

As for Orange Lantern Corps special powers, I think they definitely need a power that gives them some bonus for picking up objects and removing them from the game.

It seems a no-brainer that BatB should have at least some lantern representation. If it was truly on the design heels of AA and given the timing of the goings on in comics back then, perhaps we will see at least Atrocitus or another one or two Red Lanterns. Or, to add to the Sinestro Corps baddies released in AA, a duo of Karu-Sil with her predator constructs would be a big hit, I'm sure. A new Sinestro Corps Mongul or Fatality would also make sense since it's about time for new looks at those characters and they could help fill out villain character slots.

Personally, I'd love to see Larfleeze as a future separate action pack with a LOT of contruct tokens for scenario play ala the Spectre or Starro, even if he was only the size of a giant on a Sentinel base. If they kept the cost around a booster pack, I'm sure it would sell reasonably well.
