Are we sure he was referring to the ENTITIES of Parallax and Ion, and now the Hal Jordon Parallax and Kyle Rayner Ion?
What if Black Hand has the Death Entity inside him like Kyle had with Parallax and Ion?
It could well be the case. Not sure. Technically, Black Hand killed himself, and then was animated by the power of the Black. So... there might be an entity inside of him.

Yeah I dont really care what the deal is, I just want a red ring on Doomsday.
Agreed. Me and a friend of mine made a list of who we though should be the human Lanterns for each color...here is the list we made after Blackest Night #1 came out. (order goes: Hero/Villain)
Red: Hawkgirl/Doomsday
Orange: Plastic Man/Lex Luthor (Almost went with Shade)
Yellow: Batman/Scarecrow (Almost went with Joker)
Green: Hal Jordon/Gorilla Grodd
Blue: Barry Allen (Almost went with Superman)/No one
Indigo: Superman/Darkseid (he let Batman, Supergirl, Big Barda, and Superman go so Batman wouldn't blow up Apokolips)
Violet: Wonder Woman/Cat Woman
Well, we got 2/7 right for the heroes, and 2/7 right for the villains...not bad considering we had no idea they were going to deputize anyone...we were just hoping they'd get rings.
How much can you take, and keep moving forward?
The Green Lantern Corps is DC's version of the US Marine Corps.

I feel like I've seen this exact post somewhere before.........

Then just get a red ring, go to Doomsday, drop to one knee, pull out the red ring and ask for his hand in marriage. If he accepts, he'll wear the ring.
Now, who you call to plan the wedding and perform the ceremony is all up to you. Just be sure when you book the honeymoon that the place has sturdy beds and walls.
Black Hand killed himself, and then Nekron animated him saying "Yes, this pleases him. You shall be my avatar, like Ion or Parallax." Or something to that effect.
And The Predator in Silver Age was actually a male personal of the Star Sapphire that would possess Carol's mind. It has been stated to be the love entity.
I believe it was also said that the orange entity lives in the orange power battery, it is what has been whispering to Larfleeze for generations.
I know Plastic Man used to be a thief, but why him for Orange? I also never thought Wonder Woman would ever be a Sapphire. I always pegged her for the Red Lantern Corps. She killed Max, and even though it's an alternate reality, she was also pretty brutal in Kingdom Come.

So we have Black Hand, Ion, and at times Kyle Rayner and Hal Jordan as hosts of the entities.
The revealed entities so far are Parallax, Ion, and the Predator love beast thing. It was also said in one of Black Hand's writeups that accompany Blackest Night that the Spectre may be the rage entity. Which would mean Hal has hosted two and we can add Crispus Allen and Jim Corrigan to the list. But that hasn't really been confirmed.
And then of course we have the deputies. I like the above list, and I can think of many others who would be cool.
And it's possible that Larfleeze is already possessed (or in possession of) the Greed entity.
Ummm the whole point of the emotional entities is that they ARE the power source for the batteries...Doomsday can't BE an entity, and IF he was, he would be the power source, not a ringbearer...
The entities are more like mascots than the source for the batteries. True, capturing them or having them inhabit a host can bring great power but they are separate from the actual power batteries. Ion for instance was removed from Kyle Rayner and captured but this did not affect the powers of the remaining Green Lantern Corp. The fish is not the bowl and the bowl is not the fish.
I know Plastic Man used to be a thief, but why him for Orange?
Well, first he was a thief, and second:

I was actually thinking of Kingdom Come when I picked her for the Star Saphires...she's a warrior, true enough, but she has a buried love inside her...She's also the youngest Amazon, so she's afraid to express her love because it would conflict with her role as an Amazon...
Btw, this is my 800th post!!

I think Larfeeze will be shown to already be possessed by whatever the Orange version will be.
Actually, I think it was said in an interview somewhere that the orange entity is in Larfeeze's battery. It was the voice that talked to Hal when he grabbed it.
