"Amanda, your intel is correct, a small group were sent out on patrol" -Cameron "Now lets hope they don't notice you, until you are ready" Amanda replies "Move forward,... they are seeking higher ground, so move close to the asteroid" Cameron tells her group as they move out.

BFC: Back-Alley Brawl - Characters who make close combat attacks using no powers, feats, or team abilities and who are not affected by the powers, feats, or team abilities of any friendly character get +2 to their attack values.
Map – Space
Squares inside the boundary of an orange line on this map are space terrain. Space terrain is clear terrain modified by the following rules:
Characters given move actions when they occupy space terrain modify their speed values by +2 for the action. Halve the range values of all characters occupying space terrain and all characters drawing a line of fire to a character occupying space terrain.
A successful attack that does not otherwise knock back a character occupying space terrain knocks back that character a number of squares equal to the damage dealt -2, to a minimum of 0. When targeting a character occupying space terrain with Force Blast, roll two six-sided dice instead of one. All knock back ends immediately when a character enters the first square that is not space terrain. Characters occupying space terrain are not dealt knock back damage if their knock back paths are ended by the edge of the map.

Cameron whispers, "We have someone trying to flank us, right behind you,... Move out!" Shade picks up Deadshot and moves quickly at the other heroes,... grabbing a hold of one of them. Nemesis right behind them grabs a hold of the other hero.
The Hero springs into action right behind the group but lands on her ankle, she falls to the ground, allowing Night Shade to hit her with the Shadows.
Dr Moon runs next to Shrapnel,... telling him where their leader was at. Shrapnel unleashes a ton of razor-sharp blades in his direction, missing him completely but causing enough confusion, preventing him from helping his teammates.
Now either what you did is illegal or I was an idiot for a season. But the way I understood OCWO is that you had to use a power action solely to turn ICWO not do a power action and then bump it.

yeah I wasn't 100% sure about it, but I looked up ICWO and it said

then I looked up what was a Power Action,.... and from what I read it said an action that allows a character to used a Power, TA, or Feat.
so I looked up Smoke cloud and it says, Give this Character a Power Action and place up to 4 hindering markers.
so I am guessing that I can use a power action to activate my power and turn the dial. if I am wrong then forget the dial. it was just a bonus.
1. Sandman will take a swing at Clayface. Shape change roll is a 4. AV 9 vs DV 13. Roll is 2, 4 for the hit for 2 clicks. 1 SA to Sandman.

2. Gee will attempt to TK Lightning Lad. Roll is a 1. Reroll from Sandman is a 6. Gee will TK Lightning Lad to N12.
3. Garth will dual target Deadshot and Clayface. Clayface Shape change is a 6. He'll target eh, Nightshade. AV 10 vs DV 15, 17. Roll is a 5, 5. That's a hit on both. I'll do all 3 clicks to Deadshot, who's knocked back to L16. 1 SA to Garth, 1 AST to Gee.
