Yeah, that certainly looks like this version of the Kryptonite Man, and the Holiday Killer, Extant, and the Luthor & Braniac duo, as already mentioned, are there.
I wish it was a better view of that duo, though.

The other BatB figures we have already seen, but I counted Harley & Ivy, Inertia, Kid Zoom, Metallo, Superman, Flash & Green Lantern, Captain Marvel & Black Adam, Flash & Flash, Power Girl, Martian Manhunter, Black Hand, and Nekron.
