I said it on a 5th edition clone thread that had no use or direction, I on the other hand was asking for help. Grow up and contribute or back off. Back on topic. Perhaps you could offer some helpful insight instead of being a useless troll.
"This is THE WORLD! Not that you would be able to see it or even feel it, since time has stopped..." Need Batman-family clix
I love my E-2 but I play the KC more frequently. KC just fits more team building options the E-2. I will disagree with you on one topic, I don't see KC as a one trick poney. Yeah the charge and flurry w/ multiple objects is huge but once he takes a hit he is knocked into his mid dial HSS. I know the last thing I enjoy is hitting someone for 4 clix of damage just to run into a Superstrength HSS beat stick.

I think the KC piece is cheesier because he can take out essentially any piece in the entire game in one turn. Two rolls of 7 and assuming failed impervious/super senses rolls and Superman kills you. If you're 10, 100, or 300 points, you die except for maybe half a dozen figures with some form of the invincible power, doomsday, or an 11 click piece with lots of damage reduction.
E-2 has the same offensive potential as the KC one, but his play-style doesn't center around 1 shotting pieces and then running away, it centers around hitting multiple pieces for big damage and then standing adjacent to enemy pieces. I like his concept much more for a superman figure. KC seems more like an Ultraman piece to me, overkill doesn't seem like Superman's style.
Anyway, I own and have played both Supermans quite a bit. It seems the E-2 Superman gets many more complaints to play against because of his raw power and the fact that he doesn't push. 238 Superman is much more beatable, but at the same time he costs 79 points less. They each require a very different style of play.
i have beaten both chase supermen with Ms. Skrullvel, she has also killed Vet Icons... to me Skrullvel is the cheesiest piece in the game if not ready for it...

What age group are you playing in. It's no way she would beat my E2.
I have the KC chase, have played him a half dozen times, and have lost every single game I have played with him. So I don't consider him cheesy.
Yeah, i've lost with him too. He's not a one trick pony, he's just a typical brick. At the venues I attended they considered the E2 Supes as cheesy, with his willpower, to his ability to attack, then move to attack another enemy, he pretty much is an army killer which can't be swarmed. Mind you E2 came across as a piece that you will rarely ever play (I had mine ahem, stolen from me).
I enjoy the KC Supes much better, and he is undoubtedly more balanced. With HoT he doesn't seem to be as sick as people were complaining about, not with a common version of Thor running around with indomitable, 10 range, RS, 5 damage, etc...
I'd play any piece, and not worry what people tell you about them being cheesy. It's all just whining, which won't ever stop. Some people would complain to me when I worked out and did far more weight then they did. Too bad, get over it.

couple kids 21, some in 30s, some in 40s. the people who played the supes were older guys... i tried taking on both together with ms skrullvel and some help but that seemed impossible...

Not knocking either Superman but I have beat both with Prime. I have also had Prime beaten so badly that I didn't even land a hit on either of them.
Ok now that I have that out of the way E-2 is nice but KC is more my play style, play a cheap tker with the TK reach feat put look up in the sky on KC and have some perplexers to buff his Defence up to a 21 and have a prob in position just in case.
But Prime is and always will be my "go to" Superman.
Oh and if you ever get a chance to play KC, E-2, and Prime on the same team do it and just watch your opponents face.
Almost every time I've played KC Superman he's been unlucky - "typical roll = 4" kind of bad luck. The only time he did really well was in a Justice League team against Starro (after maneuvering, my force KOd the starfish in a single turn).
