Why do I just think that he's gotta be the extra 25 points for Fortitude. I know that you don't HAVE to, but that Mastermind is just TOO easily outwitable.
No, he cannot be equipped with brilliant tactician because in order to be eligible for it, one must possess the powers of outwit and perplex. Being able to use and possessing, are not the same thing. Sorry. :ermm:
Why is it the philosopher who is expected to be easier and not some scientist who is even more inaccessible?

Page 20 of the 2011 Rulebook states: To use a feat, the character must possess or be able to use the game effects, powers, and abilities
specified by the prerequisites of the feat.
He's generally accurate, but the effects of his SP in large point games are simply ridiculous. In a smaller (500 and under) game he's an asset that's easily protected. In large games (seen him with 18,000 points on the board) he slows the game to a crawl and allow an insane number of free attacks. He's fun and competitive, but needs to be regulated.
I was told that big figure can only be given one free attack per his ablity no matter how many friendly characters are ko'd during one turn. Just want to be sure thats accurate.

You were told wrong.
THIS PLACE IS GONNA EXPLODE!: During your opponent's turn, immediately after a character friendly to Big Figure is defeated, Big Figure or a character friendly to Big Figure can make a close combat attack or a ranged combat attack as a free action.
It DOES NOT say "ONCE during your opponents turn..." It says DURING your opponent's turn, Immediately after a character friendly to big figure is defeated........
You get an attack for every character that is defeated during your opponents turn, not just once per turn....
I would think since the game rules state that a character cannot be given the same free action more than once per turn unless the power specifically says that they can be given more than one, that each character friendly to big figure including big figure could make 1 free attack on your opponents turn provided enough of your pieces were ko'd to trigger it the required number of times.
