Look, policy or not, I would expect somebody to do *something* before complaining about it here.*
I shouldn't have to. At $100 this set should be checked, double-checked, and rechecked. And in the event that something does slip through, there should be a way to contact the company for replacements. It's ridiculous that a year after starting back up this hasn't been done.
And what about those people that don't come on here? What about them when their only outlet is the WK website?
There are 542,000 children in foster care. Talk to your local foster and adoptive agency. You could change a life.

You're right... but ignatz has a point. At least document efforts you made, or ask if anyone knows of any possibilities.
Look, policy or not, I would expect somebody to do *something* before complaining about it here.* Many employees of the small company have public accounts here, facebook, twitter.
* Unless said person was predisposed to complaining about anything and everything WIzkids related.
At least he isn't predisposed to be complaining about someone complaining about something very well within his rights...I mean, this *is* a $100 set.
C'mon, IM, I've liked you, but you're going so low to be obvious in your targeting of hair10. Not cool.
Are you a PbP'r (Play By Poster)? Come and check out www.creationmatrix.com; we've got EVERYTHING.

As much as I get annoyed with all of Hair10's constant complaining, it is a well documented fact that NECA Wizkids does not have a replacement policy at this time, but that there will be one coming "soon". Maybe if enough people get together to let NECA Wizkids know they are unhappy with the lack of policy that has been promised for months now, they will actually do something about it.
Since this isn't a blind booster, it should be no different than buying a defective set of anything from your LCS. Return it to the retailer and get another one.
I tried to contact WizKids to tell them I liked that they were making Iron Maiden HeroClix. I could not find a way to directly contact them. It was baffling. I thought all companies that sold products had a customer line or an email address.

SUUUUUUUUUUURE, after taking off the shrink wrap?
Who's going to then buy that after the LCS puts it back up for sale?
No go there. NECA/WK replacement policy is a must and should've been up and running by...like now.

It seems these days, the only way to communicate with WizKids is either posting here or posting on facebook. Sad there's no official email to be found.
I will say that it is absolutely ridiculous that there is no replacement policy, especially on a really expensive set like this. I'd say they better find a way to fix it pretty quick, or there won't be anybody taking a chance on a big set like this again.

If I bought a game or a figure from the comic store I go to, and the game was missing a piece, or the figure was broken, they would give me a new one, and send it back to the distributor. This is the same thing.
I mean, I agree that they should have had a replacement program up already, but this is something entirely different.
