=[ well maybe we can still have that Chick-fil-A/Simbiote Death Match to make up for it...
Why not? Like I said, I also pulled 9 Symbiotes, about 6 Carnage (keeping 3), many Venoms and anti-Venoms....I'm as Symbiote ready as a person can get!
May all your hits be crits!

How are you getting shafted on SRs? I've only ever pulled 6 SRs (or less) in a case.
I pulled more than that outta HoT...not counting a God pack. The brick I bought had 4 SRs in it. So, at least 1/2 of my cased bricks should have had 4 SRs in them. That was not the case. I got seriously hurt by collation issues.
Not to worry, though. I can sell the dupes to recoup most of my costs and eventually buy/trade for the missing 3. Buying 3 and 4 cases at a time, that shouldn't really be necessary though.

Your booster karma must be out of wack. I usually end up with 7-8 HoT being an exception. I wonder if there is a way to share booster karma I would send some your way.
yeah even though they added 4 SR's to the set there was no indication they would be changing the breakdown of collation in the set. By adding the additional 4 SR's it just makes it that much harder to collect the entire set.
No, but I am trying to make a point about people jumping to conclusions when there is limited information available. It happened in another thread where it was assumed that SRs #61-64 were one per chase rarity based on the reports of pulls of 3-4 cases.
With the addition of 4 SR's in the set, we were supposed to be getting 4 SR's in a brick, or at least 7 SR's in a case.
With 27 SR's for 4 cases, he is basically at the 7 SR's per case level, although I am sorry for your collation issues.
Gotta agree with Zero on the idea of diminishing returns. I think after 2 cases, your value of investment starts to recede, quickly.
I went with two cases, with an eye for trade or secondary market for the rest. Can't wait to pick them up this afternoon.
I always know that buying multiple cases was a gamble. The most I buy nowadays is 2 cases. Maybe a case and a half. But I usually end with a full set because I'll pull enough trade bait to get what I need for a complete set. It all balances out. Yes it sucks pulling duplicates, but if the duplicate is a trade bait, then you may come out on top. Plus the surprise [good and bad] of opening new boosters can never be replicated if I went to the secondary market.
I run HeroClix tournaments at Shuffle and Cut in La Habra, California. The format of each tournament will be posted here.
Assuming even correlation of 1 SR every 3 Boosters, 2/3 of Bricks would have 3 SRs, and 1/3 would have 4.
I think HoT might have been wonky due to god packs. I think my case had 8, but it had a god pack in it. Typicaly though each brick you should expect 3 SRs and Hope for 4.
In the case of cases though it works out that 2/3 of cases have 7 Srs, and 1/3 of cases have 6.
Thats assuming its all proper correlation, but from my EXP this seems about right.
Opened 6 cases with some friends, out of all 6 cases we did not pull 1 complete set. We did not pull any Doctor Octopus or Cosmic Spiderman. And out of the 6 cases we only got 1 Sandman, Mysterio, Red Hulk, Morlun, Bombastic Bag Man, Cardiac.
We did get a Groot and a Green Goblin in every case and 5 of all of the other SR's.
Out of the 6 cases, 5 of them had 9 SR's and 1 had 7. Not bad but I really hoped that we would see at least 1 of everything by going through 6 cases.
