It gets even more fun if you have a character with will power.
Back when Warbound came out my favorite team up was
SR Storm (100 points) and Cyclops (50 points) from Mutations and Monsters.

Turn 1
Storm uses running shot carrying Cyclops. Gives the token to Cyclops.

Turn 2
Storm attacks giving the token to Cyclops causing pushing which gets him to his will power clicks.

Turn 3
Storm attacks keeping the token. Cyclops clears.

Turn 4
Storm attacks giving the token to Cyclops. Cyclops attacks taking a second token. No pushing due to Will power. Storm clears

Turn 5
Storm attacks keeping the token. Cyclops clears.

Repeat Turns 4 and 5. Getting 1 attack every turn and 2 attacks every other turn.

A character can only be given a single non-free action in a turn. It doesn't matter who gets the token for the action, it is still the action of the character that executed.

If "A" attacks and gives the token to "B", then "A" is done attacking this turn. They can use perplex or outwit or whatever free actions they may have at their disposal, but that's it.
It doesn't matter that "B" got the token, "A" still took the action.

There is no upper limit on Warbound. A 150 point value character could give the token to a character that is 75 points or higher. If you wanted to give the token to a 300 point character, you could. (Assuming you meet the rest of the requirements.)

Turn 2 actually doesn't work. The adjacent friendly character cannot have any action tokens to receive an action token from Warbound.

everyone with the keyword has to have warbound assigned to them or you can't use it (assuming that's what you're asking--we're going to have to mark you down for that last post).

If you don't have the points available, you simply cannot assign the feat. Same as any other feat.
