As that entry does exist, there is no problem.
I think he's referring to your previous post on the current wording in the PG. In that quote it doesn't state the "Only when using Barrier..."
He might also be looking for the page in the PG, which I don't have on hand ATM, where it says "Only when using Barrier..."
WizKids GamePlay, "You can only play our game if you buy the new stuff. Those old figures are dirty and obsolete."

I saw that in normalview's post. However I was commenting on the initial wording.
I'm not trying to argue, I'm just stating that sometimes (maybe 1%) of the time there are special powers (or objects with specific wording) that are poorly phrased.
I'm not going to pretend that I know how the design / review process at wizkids works but it seems to me, as the consumer, that there shouldn't be these kinds of errors. This isn't a "what does this power mean" issue, its a typo / wording mistake.
I understand that these things happen and that nobody is perfect. However in a game where there are so many exceptions to the core rules, wording is very important.
For example, the following two sentences are very similar but mean in heroclix two different things.
1) When X occurs, replace a characters range value by two more than his unmodified range value.
2) When X occurs +2 to characters range value.
Pretty much everything / anything about general heroclix is here.
The thing is that whether or not the wording has actually been changed, the entry in the PG states when you get the bonus is all you need to make it so.
If there was a clarification for Charge which said "You cannot use Exploit Weakness with Charge." then you would be unable to do so even if the text of Charge would otherwise allow it.

On a personal note, I agree that these things work best if reflected accordingly, but sometimes that just doesn't happen.
Do I think it is fantastic that you'd have to look in two places to find this? No. Personally I would prefer to have everything lumped together.

* Blue Lantern’s effect only increases range values when using Barrier.
* Blue Lantern’s effect ends "...if they can already use Telekinesis."
That said, long ago Norm asked somewhere how the populace in general wanted it to be structured. The majority said they'd like it the way it is, so that's what we have.
