Can I perplex Iron's movement to be able to charge 3 squares to M-14 on Inertia? I'm not sure how the "unmodified" works as far as modifying *after* that power is applied?
8 move, slowdown means movement is 4, then modifiers for charge and perplex kick in?
eh, let's assume the answer is a "no"
