Shenanigans! Blades is a power, so BAB wouldn't work there . I imagine a re-roll will be required, if you want to keep the attack, as you'd have to choose between blades and the attack bonus.

Hmmmm...I did choose blades. So doesn't that mean I simply don't have the attack bonus? I would think that would be the ruling, regardless of my roll. Of course it would be a bigger deal if I rolled an 8.
