Both T-Rexes I pulled were in packs with BB prime and one other form.

my brother in law pulled the T-Rex with the bear and cheetah

I pulled all four UFoes in a booster

I really like the idea! instant team I believe they are putting entire teams in the GXM double boosters.

now if they would have done the same for warrior three it would have been nice.

Until one died...

I'm planning on doing something similar, but using the beast boy 'prime' dial. Leap/climb and combat reflexes feels like the right dial for a monkey sculpt.
As Puuka pointed out, if one of your beast boys gets KO'ed, you can swap it back in for one of the remaining ones using the morph mechanic.

I pulled a Beast Boy on a Bear dial :-/

I got Trex, Bear, Cheetah, BB, and a Dominator in one pack. Was very excited

I thought about maybe doing this. I am going to take a Horrorclix Velociraptor, paint it green, and put it on the cheetah dial. Cause dinosaurs rock!

And you can swap out any form at any time, you don't have to start out with Beast Boy.

Morph and Alter Ego figures have both been ruled that you can use the same figure that was previously KO'ed to replace a figure that's currently in the game. So if your bear form beast boy gets KO'ed, and you still have a cheetah in play, you can swap the cheetah out with Morph to bring the bear back into play on the same click the cheetah was at.
