Holding the phone a considerable distance from her ear, Lois waits for her editor in chief to run out of breath before trying to get a word in edgewise. "Trust me Perry, this is WAY more important that some conference on solar-wind powered whatever. I got a report on a disturbance down at the docks from a reliable source and..."

"Lois, as long as my door says *Editor in Chief* I get to decide what's important and what isn't, and with Clark gone, I NEED you to..."

"Perry, listen to me for a second, the *Supermen* are there... all of them, I think. This is my chance to get to the bottom of this, once and for all... and get a solo story for the Planet in the process!"

Wisely deciding to cut while she's ahead, Lois hangs up on Perry while he's choking on his cigar and jumps out of her cab, running as fast as she can towards the docks...

1) Swooping down low over the water, tearing it up in his wake like a miniature hurricane, the self-styled Last Son of Krypton moves to G4, picking up a shipping container on the way.

2) Moments after the brightly burning rockets of the Man of Steel's jet boots carry him to H12, using Rip it Up to arm himself with a LO on the way

3) Not one to let a story get away, Lois runs to I12

before i continue, i have a couple questions about some stuff in the new rules.

1) am i reading it right that if you are on opposite sides of a LADDER you can punch each other? i know it used to be just stairs.

2) if i OW SS and make an object drop onto hindering/water, does the object disappear?

Stairs and Ladders now work exactly the same way, so yeah, you can punch someone at the other end of the ladder just fine now. And nope, the only restriction is that you can't have an object ontop of another object. If your outwit makes an object drop on hindering/water then it's just an object in a bush, or floating on water

While it's tempting to run and hide as well, I figure we might as well get this started, so here goes nothing!

Reign of the Supermen: Turn 3

1) Eyes burning with power and fury at this unprovoked attack against the innocents, The Last Son of Krypton zooms through the air, going Hypersonic and moving to N11, firing a blast of energy at the Ambush Bug. 10 atk. vs 15 def. Needs a 5. Roll is: (2,6) for an 8 and a hit! Super-senses for the Bug is: 3 and it sticks! Ambush bug takes 3 and Man of Steel regains his Super Strength. Last Son continues his move to L13. 1 SA to the Last Son.

2) Lois shakes off the shock of nearly being crushed by a flying crate and runs to L12 "Superman... wait!"

3) picking up the crate he dropped when his suit temporarily malfunctioned, Steel jets off across the docks, flying straight at the man in the bug costume! Steel picks up the LO he lost and flies to Q15
