They look great, well the dials do anyway. Salaak is long overdue for a clix incarnation and the sculpt certainly looks good, but the Kilowog sculpt is terrible. I know that it is based on the movie but I just don't like it. Looks like I will be swapping this one out for the Unleashed sculpt.
Still, loving the great GL's coming our way. I know some people are more than sick of them but I can't get enough of the Corps.

A nice trick to shave points (seems to be more popular with GD these days)...let the ATAs work off the (free) keywords and have more efficient powers in the ATAs.

Set your figures up in a "v" with the enemy:

G = Friendly GL shooter.
K = Kilowog
P = Poozer about to get a beatdown.

Kilowog lays the smack down with his Charge, while your shooter is in position to blast away. Good way to double-team a tough opponent.

I was going to strongly disagree as the TA would have been useful to the other Keywords they could team with, but as far as Salak goes Heralds almost all fly so no use in carrying them)

Both look great and I'm really excited about the set, giving us so many more choices when building a GL team.

I think that for a high points combat those two can work in a great way, specially Kilowog due to his Keywords, a Brutes team can be really dangerous with that additional attack point!!!

Well, 0000 is Oa so who knows which preview that will be (maybe Ganthet), but 1414 is Boodikka, so I'm guessing we'll see her official preview on Monday.

i like both of the dials...salaak at the top is excellent...nay perfect...and yes BT is good, but it seems a little uninspired...very happy to finally get him :D

I can totally see him hauling cap around doin the soldier thing (of course that always used to be hal's job...) nothing like a free +1 attack and damage along with the bolovaxian beatdown!!

at first I was really disappointed by the lack of the TA....but then i remembered ATAs work off keywords now so its not all that bad...just fine for GL theme...not so great outside of that

On a GL team, the TA would be redundant and cost useless points. I get that it'd be nice for Kilowog to have it when he's on a brute or soldier team, but if you're doing "comic-accurate" theme teams, you won't miss it.

I think they're great, especially Kilowog.

Ok. Kilowog is my second favorite DC character of all time. And I really want to like that figure, I am trying really hard to talk myself into liking that figure. There is a lot of goodness there to enjoy, but I have to say i am more then a little disappointed in the figure. In complete fanboy mode I wanted a Kilowag that could go toe to to with Arkillo. And this figure is not that. I guess cause they are basing him off the movie, and not the books, and i need to understand that. But that sculpt looks like terrible, the character design for the movie looks terrible(not that I had high hopes for him looking good in CGI), and that dial, they could have at least given him the TA so he could carry a swarm of soldiers in with him to take advantage of Enhancement. I am glad to finally have a kilowog piece in Modern, but I guess I had my fanboy hopes to high.

Salaak, looks perfect. He is going to see lots of play and be very useful.

Did anyone else notice that the file name on the Kilowog image at WizKids says "kilowag" in it?

I'm happy with all of the previews (and the one leak) we've had so far. I just wish we had better info on getting them. A list of stores and a projected street date would be really nice.
