1. Dr. Manhattan pushes to attack Cypher. 10 v 15. Roll=1,6. Hits for 3 damage, and Cypher is KO'd. Manhattan gets 1 SA and 1 KO.

Iceman's barrier doesn't block LOF, because Manhattan and Cypher are on elevated terrain, and the barrier is not. See page 12 of the Rulebook: "Any line of fire crossing a square of blocking terrain is blocked (except for a line of fire between two characters on an elevation higher than that of outdoor blocking terrain)." I once had to learn this the hard way; unfortunately, it also means that Iceman does not get a DFD.

Manhattan obviously has to clear next turn, so go ahead and take 2 turns. Manhattan will PC any successful attack by Cyclops.
