so what else is new... sold out before it comes out and release date set backs because of some shipping error... whoop de doo... wake me up when galactus shows up with a new dial...
" I know what you are going to say and it's wrong, so do us a favor and shut up."
Of course on my gf's birthday....So now instead of opening boosters, I have to go see a crappy chick flick and have dinner at some nice restaurant.
I was pleased when you move the regular set away from her birthday, but now you do this to me!
I may never buy another heroclix product again especially after getting 4 gf boosters and pulling all dupes when I only own 5 figs of the dang set lol. It wasn't even the good ones!
I don't want to play a game of chess where dumb luck or money decides whether or not I get to use a rook... Collectibility is a necessary evil of Heroclix, not a boon.
Hmmm. While I think NECA has been smart to push so much product, it is, more often than not, a few weeks late. I don't have a problem waiting...
But NECA REALLLLY needs to include some rulebooks and PACS in their products more often. Newer players are having a difficult time maneuvering the clix websites for Downloadable stuff.
This is the set with the Gravity Feed and a regular good ol' fashioned case with boosters holding five pre-painted miniatures right? Sooooo....no biggie. Unless THAT gets delayed as well.... DUM DUM DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM.
Not suprising with any set containing the Red Skull. North America indeed.
This sucks! I 'd like to see a product stay on date at least once this year.....
*ahem*
Green Lantern Fast Forces
Green Lantern Gravity Feed
TRU Colossals
Brightest Day
Giant-Size X-Men

My local Target stores and my local TRU stores, which are on the Magic Willy Wonka Wizkids list, still haven't gotten either...
Firstly, the TRU list was supplied by TRU, how is WK responsible for that?
Secondly, seems that once the product is in the hands of Target and/or TRU, that WK's responsibility has been met.
If you have an issue with either of these, I suggest you take it up with TRU and Target, rather than being passive-aggressive on a fansite.

Companies need to be responsible for their actions and not pass the buck onto somebody else... Wizkids/NECA is no exception, and they know that.
If Wizkids/NECA choose to enter into a business relationship with mass retail stores without any control over how things were handled once those stores got the merchandise, then they are responsible for that decision and need to be accountable for it.
No one really cares about the mistakes and the continued delays. We all still love Wizkids/NECA and the products they put out, but your continued excuses and flimsy justifications for every single thing they do wrong is getting pretty old...
I don't know why, at this stage, you don't just accept that there will be legitimate gripes against Wizkids' poor planning and mistakes, aside from the usual fanboy whining.
Instead you jump down anyone's throat when they present any type of opinion that even smells like a Wizkids complaint.
When you have the nerve to say that the TRU Colossals and Green Lantern Gravity feeds were timely released, and in the next post you try to excuse the fact that they were not timely released by saying it's not Wizkids' fault, it just makes you come off as if you're wearing blinders.
Your insistence of defending every single wizkids' action and your propaganda of belief that they can do no wrong is getting tiresome.
I could be mistaken, but I think I had sent you a PM over a year or two ago about being such a huge and vocal Wizkids apologist and coming off as their #1 lackey, and you haven't changed one bit. Can you please knock off the excuse-machine cranking for Wizkids' blunders and mistakes?
Thanks, it's much appreciated.

How do you propose this be done? Should WK stock the shelves too?

And here's where the issue lies and, IMHO, is not WKs fault.
I've been into my local Target off and on for the past month and have gotten *ZERO* GLGF boosters for my trouble. It's not that they are sold out, it's that they've never been STOCKED (or possibly even ordered).
Considering Target has an outside vendor handling this type of stuff, I'm a bit astounded that people can complain that the delay for this set was on WK's head.
The TRU stuff?? I can be a bit more lenient on the masses on this one. If WK made a deal with TRU and set a release date, they might have wanted to discuss how long it would take the product to get thru TRUs distribution system to make sure it was in stores for the release.
Considering this was the first foray into mass market HC stuff for WK/NECA, I hope they learned a little about making it a less bumpy road should it be done again in the future.
