Why would Doomsday rip off his own guts, and is stealing from his own guts even worth it?

Doomsday wins. DC characters are easily more powerful, and Hulk already lost to Superman in a crossover. Doomsday killed superman and he only later beat him with waveriders help. As much as I love the character Hulk, he would get stomped, especially by the new "I evolve" doomsday.

Actually, if Hulk can survive the opening minutes of the fight, his chances of winning begin to increase. Hulk doesn't get tired and, in fact, will get stronger as the fight goes on. Doomsday has been shown to tire.

When Superman fought Hulk, Hulk had lost his power to increase his strength through anger (he'd turn into Savage Banner if he got too angry).

Hulk lost to Batman in a crossover too.

Batman used Bat-Knockout gas. The Hulk, displaying a rare moment of clarity, decided to hold his breath.

Batman, being the world's greatest detective, solved the problem by kicking the Hulk in the gut so hard it knocked the wind out of him.

The Hulk thus breathed said Bat-Knockout gas and collapsed.

So what have we learned here today?

1. Batman wins.

2. Batman can kick very, very hard

3. This story is totally canon so shut up

4. Batman probably shouldn't be using gas that can knock out the Hulk on, say, the Mad Hatter. Just an observation.

5. More people should probably try kicking the Hulk in the gut. Wolverine, take notes!

Anytime you put Hulk vs. (insert anyone here),...Hulk will always win.

This seems like an old argument - Hulk has no known upper limit to his strength, so in theory he can beat anybody if he gets angry enough. Even Doomsday would eventually run out of 'evolve' tricks.

Of course, if he's not angry he seems vulnerable - didn't Enchantress flirt (a smart) Hulk into unconsciousness in the original Secret Wars?

I'm not even a Hulk fan... but come on. Have you seen all the things he has done, or know what he is capable of?

I don't normally get my fanboy dander up, but that was utter crap, and shouldn't have been allowed to pass muster.

Want to feed Hulk to the "invincible" Batman? Cool, whatever. But don't tell me that a gut that can (and HAS) held off everything from mortar shells up to and including an ICBM would succumb to a kick.
