How is Carter doing more damage with a DMR than Jun with a sniper rifle on that first click? .50 cal would definitely hit harder than a .223, .308, etc.

I find his last three defence values a bit high with the powers he has. He just seems OP or doesn't cost enough.
The pulse wave power having a range of 8, dealing three damage, and only targeting enemies doesn't seem very fair. Maybe reducing range and 2 damage maybe. But for him to have a 20 defence (with powers) with that power and a high attack, is a bit much.

I think the high Defense is justifiable, but I did remove the "does not target friendlies part of the power though it will still only deal 1 damage to them. as to the 20 defense on the last click there are a few balancing points to it, there are the obvious hit him past it and outwit counters, and his SP will kill him if he uses it so if you want to deal big damage you are handing you oppenent 180 points (I raised it slightly from 150) but thanks for the help in refining it. *also the high attack and damage is to represent his goig out with a bang, using a slip-space drive core to tear an entire ship apart taking himself and who knows how many enemies with him, in case you were wondering)
