Yeah I just found the thread the other day. I still think that's stupid though.
Well not really. It's still the same character and remember, just because the Feats carry over to the new figure, doesn't mean they have the prerequisites to use them, and vice versa.
Used her today in a sealed draft tournament. Chose Man-Wolf each round to be her imperial bodyguard. She is the tits. Can't wait to use an actual pre-structured team with her.
Looks like Defend can be used. Normalview posted in another thread that the defense of 0 makes him easy to hit, but you need to roll doubles to damage. So if I'm understanding this right...if Defend is used and he has an 18 defense the doubles roll by the opposing player has to be enough to hit and damage; to take him out.
As of the time of my post, this is the only SR that I picked up from Hulk. I am very happy I did. Her Defense values might not be the highest numbers, but she is Defensively solid the whole dial with Imperv/Invuln. That 18 defense is really awesime to loan out, and so far, one of the best pieces I have found to loan that to is Green Scar himself. Its not only themey, but really helps his sagging defense values and can make him a terror. Lets not forget she is offensively nice as well. She has that nice Blades and Super Strength power up front, and can deal out a load of damage. So glad she was made, and she is a solid piece through and through.

Extremely playable! It took my A-Bomb most of the game to beat her down and she dealt out a lot of damage! I like pairing her with the fast forces hulk, keeping his defense high and even higher with Shellhead on him.
Traded for her, and have been toying with teams built around that weird special ability. I have questions about its interaction with other powers, though.
First and foremost I'm wondering if it works with Defend. Can I pair her with, say, a Strong Guy to pump his defense value, who could then lend that defense value (on his 3rd and 4th clicks) with Defend to, say, an army of Multiple Men? *shivers*
Defend, according to the PAC, transfers "unmodified" defense value. Caiera makes the adjacent character's defense "become" 18. Does that count as "modifying" it?
The Banner-AE-to-Outback Hulk + Caiera combo has already been mentioned, and it smells delicious.
Another idea: Caiera + Hulkmariner (who she gives the 18 to) + Namora, who can carry them both (Caiera has Ruler keyword; Hulkmariner has Atlantis).
If your opponent doesn't have any outwit, they are in for a lot of trouble. Pulled her in a sealed tonight, and she did fantastic. The combination of the full dial of -2 reducers with indomitable and mid dial steal energy makes her really hard to put down.

I guess because you could potentially deal 7, it's a risk but one with a mighty fine reward. Not saying I'd go that route, but that's the reasoning I see behind it.

Think of it like this for her first click: If she's holding a light object, then the max damage she can do is 4. However, if she uses BCF, then rolling a 3 would get you that 4 that you would normally get. Roll greater than a 3, then you get profit with a max of 7. So with her special, while holding a light object you have a 66 percent chance of doing an equal or greater amount of damage. Holding a medium would give you a 50 percent of doing equal or greater. And lastly holding an ultra would get you 33 percent change of doing equal or greater damage. Aside from the ultra heavy object, I would always gamble with bcf with the percent chance of succeeding.
Nice figure, wish the Perplex was frontloaded. Warbound is a crummy keyword, but she should do well on a Warrior or Ruler Theme Team. The 3 range can catch people off guard too, which could work out in your favor.
