FYI: I've learned from my previous mistakes and have a new way of dealing with inactivity. Instead of replacing players for inactivity, If you haven't sent a night action, your lynch vote count will be lowered to either five votes or minus two, whichever is less. This should keep people from feeling bad for being unjustly replaced. No exhanging the 12 gifts of Christmas this time.
