Harpua couldn't we state that relics game text overrides the rules of an immobile object? I realize that these cards do not specifically mention overriding Immobile, but you could draw that conclusion.
My main question of concern is do game effects and game text apply to objects (and characters) removed from the game? I think a much bigger can of worms gets opened if we say that the objects text is still in effect while removed due to this power. If Immobile still works while removed then the game text would as well. I hope you see where I'm going with this and why it concerns me.
This one is a very slippery slope fellas and we must tread lightly and view all sides before anything official is said.
Again if Immobile is active while the object is removed then what prevents the rest of the game text from being inactive? If an object's game text is in effect while removed from the game what prevents a character's game text from being inactive?
There's already an exception laid out in the rules for characters being off of the map that says that characters are not affected by game effects when off of the map except as directed by that game effect.

Once per game per character, give a character occupying this square a power action and roll a d6 that can't be rerolled. On a 5 or 6, place this object on that character's card. Modify that character's damage value by +1 and that character can use Charge, Super Strength, and Toughness. (Characters can't use more than 1 damage reduction power.) When that character is defeated, place this object in the square they last occupied. At the end of the game, if an opponent's character has this object on their card or all of your characters have been defeated, your opponent scores this object.

I realize this. But what prevents their game effects from being active? Could that same logic also be applied to the objects? The Relics game text states the duration of their effect and what to do when X happens prior to their removal. So could we not apply this logic to state that the Flashes can place a relic due to its game text, which included immobile, not being active while removed from play?
Edited to fix my terrible grammar.

Really? Twelve hours is a record? I would have assumed far less. Also, thanks for pointing that out, I've never looked at time stamps before to see how long it takes oranges to come to an agreement and make a call (I normally just noticed post numbers). I'll keep this in mind for the future.

Oh, he's quite wrong. We've had people complain about a lack of response less than 5 minutes after their original post.
In the short amount of time I've been a member, I've already seen at least one person post a question in the middle of a match and expect to get an answer immediately.
Under twelve hours to begin badgering may be a new record.
Harpua you know I love you guys. My question might not have been posed properly. I was more so checking to see if it had been brought into the cave or not. I should have lead with that instead of making it secondary and for that I will apologize. Judging by your response I would assume that it has been brought to the cave, but then again you always yell at me for assuming so I'll refrain from doing so

I see those as two separate things.
With the guy posing a question and getting no response in 5 minutes, there's the absence of any response.
With this, there was already acknowledgment by two deputies. When there's a dispute, it gets taken to the cave. When there's an answer, it comes back (most of the time).
