My question is:

Can you run any other normal and/or special objects when the IG is assigned to a character on your force?

I could've sworn I saw somewhere that you couldn't if you were running the IG.

Basically, it's your 3 objects with them being either a mix of heavy/light/immobile OR the IG OR can you have them both?

The IG is not an OBJECT, it is a resource. You can have your 3 standard objects H H L (or H L L) but no special objects. Along with that, it is stated that it must remain on the same figure for the entire tournament, and is stated in the new PG

Clarification...when on apotheosis approaching or ultimate godhood attained and it says choose a standard power..does this power have to be in the gauntlet rules or is it literally any power?

Any of the standard (non-white) powers. Doesn't matter if it otherwise appears on the IG dial or not.

Can you assign In-Betweener the soul gem and then attach the Gauntlet to him, too?

While he wouldn't get to use both his Soul Gem and the Gauntlet's Soul Gem's powers, is this legal?

This came up -> If a figure possesses TK gets it outwitted, can the figure use the TK provided by the Gauntlet?

If Professor X uses the Gauntlet can he use the powers from his friendly figure's position?

No, while the In-Betweener lets you use his Gem without it counting towards your object total, it is still part of your force. The Gauntlet prohibits you from having any special objects on your force.

1 & 3 I got right. 2, not so much. I was thinking you couldn't use the same effect "twice" and I was thinking since you had TK you then couldn't use the Gauntlet's TK. Then when the TK was outwitted the Gauntlet's TK was already voided from possessing the power to begin with. Whew, I made that complicated!

If a fig with the gauntlet is mind controlled can the controller use the gauntlet's powers? You can't use feats but nothing I found in the 2012 rules say you can't use resources.

Tried searching the forums for the answer first but found nothing.

The NEW! Player's Guide clarifies that you cannot use an opponent's resource dials by mind controlling the attached figure.

Can powers granted by the gauntlet by countered?

No.The Gauntlet says that these powers "can be used ". They are not possessed by the attached character, so cannot be outwitted.
