1) "Initiating Ranged Subduel mode." Junkpile hurls the tree stump at Lockjaw. 9 AV vs 14 DV, needs a 5. Roll is [4, 2], hits. The dripping snarl of wood comes crashing down on Lockjaw, pumelling the unsuspecting alien dog. Lockjaw takes 3 clicks (counts as a HO thanks to BFC), -1 for Toughness for 2 clicks total. Junkpile gains 1 SA and then takes a click for the push. The tree stump breaks up and slips below the swamp water.

2) "Alright, lets do it ya big piece o'crap!" The second guardsman grabs Junkpile under its robotic arms and then flies off to L-13. He drops Junkpile into the swamp at L-12 before he himself splashes down. Black swamp water erupts all over the Avengers as the big Osborn machine rights itself.

A huge explosion rocks the ruckus across the swamp, throwing shrapnel and water everywhere. Jane and Lockjaw are thrown down by the shock wave and each take 1 click. 4) "You've done it this time Jameson. Out and out thrown in you lot with the bad guys. Time to pay the piper you pompous jerk!" The second guardsman takes a shot at J.
