Normally, no. a figure cannot make more than one action per turn.

But, there is a SPECIFIC case that is an exception to the above statement:

This will happen only if a friendly figure has both Mind Control and Flurry, or if the same opposing figure is attacked twice in the same round by two different friendly figures that both use Mind Control on the same target (pending that target has no action tokens assigned to it).

What you described is legal but keep in mind that after Logan hits the first time, Doc Sampson't defensive power is Toughness. Since Mandarin outwitted Invulnerability, Toughness still works.

A more subtle question is whether your opponent turning off Doc Sampson's Perplex between or after the mind control actions has any effect.

The FAQ states you have access to all powers of the target figure, even those that have been turned off by your opponent.

Is this possible since both powers are on the movement part of the dial?

Normally, no. But there might be some scenarios or house rules which will allow that combination.

I understand that if two MCers both MC Samson, he can still only use Perplex once that turn. But what about Probability Control? If I attempt to MC my opponent's Scarlet Witch, and she makes me reroll, but I am still successful, can I have Scarlet Witch attack someone and make herself reroll?
