Secondly, I believe that there's a difference between what is written and how the power is intended to work.
Where AM being target by someone with SE is concerned, I think it is pretty clear that the intention of the rule is that the attacker would not heal. That intention is not reflected in the written rule.
Where AM targeting someone while using SE is concerned, I don't know what the intention is or was. Frankly, I doubt it was even a consideration considering that there was no way he could use SE at the time he was developed. As written, he would be unable to heal, but the issue is up in the air.
