Sometimes, I think people just like to ask questions, even if they don't 'have to'.

larthos, you've been around long enough to know that no matter how well something is worded, someone will not get it.

i'd say he can't for the same reasons people have said. they can't say "cannot outwit Quintessence" because then people will read into it as "oh, so he can Outwit Power Cosmic then".

If there should ever be a third version of the power, from some non-DC/Marvel source, it would be excluded by that wording. As it is now, future TAs would be covered.

Well they could have said can Outwit wildcards and copyable team abilities.

I really hope an official answer comes for this question soon as it will make a huge difference for my upcoming IG 6 event and the team I decide to play. If John Blake can outwit PC/Quintessence then my main team will be dead in the water.

He counters TAs as if they were powers. Anything that would prevent a character's powers from being countered (Power Cosmic, Quintessence, the fully loaded Infinity Guantlet, Fortitude) would prevent him from countering TAs.

he CAN and SHOULD be able to outwit power cosmic and q team abilities. team abilities are not powers!! you cant outwit pc or q powers as long as its team ability is present!! take that away by outwiting the team ability and the POWERS then can be outwitted by another character using outwit!! lets use logic here, it does not state that he cannot use this power on pc or q team abilities period....any arguments with actual offical PROOF!!??
