One move that I can see. Prof X tries to MC the Joker. AV10 on DV16 +3 with hindering in the way. Needs 9, but with his and Enchantress's PC, I get three shots at it. Gets 5, 8 and 11. Third time's the charm.
Joker moves to L15
Dark Knight on Joker. AV10 on DV16. Gets 5. Nooo! I hate it when everything comes together except the last piece.

"The Joker's mind is...chaotic, utterly unpredictable, but if I can't repair it, I can at least nudge him to act on his strongest impulses," Professor X said.
"Hey Kojak! Get out of my head! There's a party going on up there and you weren't invited," the Joker said. "Batman," he focused suddenly. "He's here. I've got to kill him if it's the last thing I do!"
The Joker dashed across to the cornfield where Batman was hidden. "Boss?" his henchman asked, not sure whether to follow him.
"Come out, come out wherever you are," the Joker said, prodding the corn stalks.
"Careful what you wish for," Batman said, lunging at the Joker.
"Bats!" the Joker said with glee as he ducked. "I was going to say I was 'stalking' you, but do you think that would be too corny? HA!"
"Bad puns, Joker? Isn't that a little juvenile, even for you?"
"Oh there's a kernel of truth in that!" the Joker continued as the enemies sparred, neither one landing a solid blow.
I think you may be misreading Xavier's Shape Change SP. It doesn't matter how far away Kang is from Xavier. Xavier has Shape Change, so anyone attacking him must roll for it. The suspect portion of the power is
Quote
Professor X and friendly characters within 4 squares that share a keyword with Professor X can use Shape Change. If a friendly character succeeds on a roll for this Shape Change, give that character an action token if they have zero action tokens.
So not only can Xavier use Shape Change, but Baron Zemo and Black Knight may also use Shape Change as they're positioned right now, as they share the Scientist keyword with Xavier and they're with 4 squares of him (though using it may give them an action token if it succeeds and they don't already have one)
"You're not getting away that easily, Joker," Batman said with gritted teeth, throwing a batarang, even as Ernie the cop opened fire with his sidearm.
"Bats, your voice is music to my ears. Eduardo! Let's dance!" the Joker said, grabbing his nearest henchman and swinging him around in front of him, so that the henchman took the batarang and bullets instead of the Joker. "Why Eduardo, you're anything but light on your feet," the Joker said, discarding the now dead weight. "Look at him!" the Joker pointed out to Batman. "Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a henchman who can dance?"
"Your jests are not funny!" the Black Knight said, flanking the Joker and shooting him with a blast from his lance.
Zemo, you're correct should be F18. He's Stealthed because, well, he has Stealth on his first click and he's on hindering. Maybe you're looking at the wrong Zemo?
Bert did move to G17. Changing his position. He should also have a token.

Kang on Xavier. SC is a 6. Knight then? SC is 2. This is a good and
bad scenario with the T-Bolt to Mystics. Needs 6, rolls 7. Darn. Too
bad there's only 2 Kangs. You know, it seems like getting to duel will
actually be tough. Maybe we should loosen the requirements to maybe a
roll of an odd number 3,5,7,9,11....ups the odds. Anyway 3 to the
Knight, 1 to Kang.
Joker on Charles? SC is a solid 6 again. Knight then. SC is 2. He'll rs to L10 attacking Knight. Needs 6 + 1, rolls 6. Saving his pc.
Cosmo tks Cyborg (who is in N4 not H4) to M11. Carol makes his av 11.
Once again I'm risking Cyborg. He'll rs to J15 and pulse using extended range to make his range 9 (1/2 to 5), damage 1. Rolls 2. Glad I saved my pc: Joker makes it 10. Nice. 1 to Charles, Apocalypse, Black and Dark Knights, Zemo, all the police officers. Charles is koed.
Henchmen #3 to L9 boosting his and Joker's dv by 1.
"Too many of them are hiding," Kang says, "Probably Xavier's doing. Even injured, he proves quite a threat. You on the other hand..." He turns to the Black Knight. "Being a living anachronism in futile against my 31st century weapon."
"Kang is right, too many are picking us off in hiding," Cyborg says, "Let me remedy that!". He rushes into his enemies and unleashes a sonic pulse. His foes can he heard groaning to outright screams.
"You will pay for that," Apocalypse says.
"You took the words straight out of my mouth," Baron Zemo echoes.
Maybe we should loosen the requirements to maybe a
roll of an odd number 3,5,7,9,11....ups the odds.
I don't mind upping the odds, but and odd-numbered roll seems a little too far in that direction. Maybe instead of a 7, do it on a 6 or 8?
Dark Knight Outwits Joker's PC
Apocalypse on Cyborg, he and Dark Knight Perplex his Damage to 5. AV10 on DV17. Rolls 4. Enchantress makes it 7. 5 to Cyborg with Psy Blast.
Zemo RS to G18, attacks Cyborg, AV10 on DV16. Gets 3.
Chaos War 206 Captain America in next, Attacks Cyborg, AV11 on DV16. Gets 8. Cyborg's out, having sacrificed himself yet again. I hope your team appreciates it.

"It was a foolish move for you, coming here among us," Apocalypse told Cyborg, hitting him with a outstretched arm that was far longer than it should have been.
I haven't been hit like that since last time we fought Darkseid," Cyborg admitted.
"I can't believe I'm supposed to fight alongside scum like you against a hero like him," Captain America told Zemo, finishing Cyborg.
"But Captain," Zemo said innocently, "I am one of the good guys now. A Thunderbolt, remember?"
