I didn't see anything that said I cannot change multiple attributes on the same character might be a good judge question

You can't split CP tokens on the same action. It has to all go on one combat value. Other than damage of course.

Tanis is correct.

You could increase AV for someone to attack, and then increase range when another guy attacks right afterwards, but you can't do AV and range in the same action

it didnt matter cause you missed both rolls, but domino couldn't actually pc that. transporter attack is HSS, and a carried guy is "off the board" so to speak.
