"MUAH HA HA HA HA HA HA!" Electro laughed from on high. The energy would have been coursing through him, except in this case, he was the energy.
"KING OF THE WORLD, HEAR ME?!" He shouted. "KING! OF! THE! :knockedou:knockedou:knockedou:knockedou:knockedou:knockedou! :knockedou:knockedou:knockedou:knockedou:knockedou:knockedou:knockedou! WORLD!"
As he screamed his declaration for all the world to hear, surges of energy burst from his body, and began to move in the direction of the approaching Sinister Six - attracted by the large assortment of metallic and conductive material attached to their bodies.
Either that or they were being controlled by Electro. It was difficult to tell for certain. Especially since they reached out and delivered a couple pulses at Shocker, the man that Electro was feeling most jealous of. The villain was knocked off his feet as the first pulse hit him. He quickly got back up, but was knocked down again when he did.
On the other side of the street, a team of police were arriving, investigating and seeking to control the situation.
"YOU WANT A PIECE OF THIS?!" Electro shouted at them at the top of his lungs from above. "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THIS!"
He flew down to their level, getting in right in the mix of them.
"I'VE GOT MORE SPEED THAN YOU CAN SHAKE A KENYAN AT!"
The police could feel the surge of energy has he landed, and it became quite clear that things were about to get very messy.
As Electro tended to one side of the field, his surges tended to the other. With Mysterio moving to the 'front', the electric pulses quickly picked him out as their new target. Almost gathering together, a solid streak of electrical energy pulsed out, skipped across the ground, and shot itself into the illusionary master's chest.
Electrical energy poured through his body, and anyone looking on could tell it was a ridiculously painful experience.
The good news was that it stopped before it killed him. The bad news was that it still succeeded in causing his dome to blow-up, and a second after it did, the lightning then exploded under his feet, sending Mysterio flying in a several-foot high backflip that spun him head over heels more times than anyone could bother to count. He finally came to rest face down in a heap on top of a nearby building.
He was still breathing, but no one could say how long he would be unconscious, or just how much pain he would be feeling when he finally came-to.

Jawa, we assumed you had passed with Electro on turn 1 because given the point total of your build, you would only have 4 actions per turn. Which would mean you took one to many actions this round as well...

And I presumed we all got 5/6 actions since I thought that everyone got an equal number of actions, based on what the point value of the most expensive team was.

If I make you a trade offer, even if you think it's ridiculous, please at least respond with a kind and simple "Thanks but no thanks."
I would have thought you got 6 actions as well, and was kind of confused as to why you were only taking 2.
That's the way I understood it, and it doesn't make sense to me for it to be otherwise. Especially since it gives larger teams an even greater advantage than they already have.
Okay, it's fine. Electro can have 5 actions as well then, though the police's actions are set by the scenario and will increase when heroes start to arrive.

"He's created some sort of self-animated static-constructs," Vulture told his teammates, only really expecting Otto and Shocker to understand. "I had no idea Electro was even capable of that!"
"And they just fried Beck. Theories on destroying them?" Octavius asked coldly.
"They appear fairly fragile. Hit them with something metal and they should destabilize into the object's magnetic field. Here, like this."
Vulture charges forward, batting his wings at the nearest electrical-homunculus and bringing the electromagnetic flight pack on his back directly into it's vicinity. As predicted the creature was flung back by the EM-force. Octopus followed in suit, swinging his tentacles out into the mass of them in great arcs, swiping gashes through the crude lightning-men.
Sinister Six turn 3A
1) Calypso moves to L12 to take cover behind the HO.
2) Vulture will charge to K5 and attack Discharge B. Rolls (3, 3) for a hit, dealing 2 damage and knockback to H2.
3) Otto Octavius will make a ranged attack using Energy Explosion, targeting Discharge A and 9. Rolls (3, 6) for a hit against both. A and 9 both takes 2 clicks of damage, and C is splashed for 1 click as well.
4) Joey the Snake will run up to K10.
5) Rhino moves to G13.

"OH, SO YOU WANT TO PLAY IT THAT WAY, HUH?!" Electro shouted as the police fired their weapons as the super-charged villain to no avail. "HERE, LET ME HAVE A TURN!"
With a crackle of energy, a bolt of energy flew off of Electro and straight through the officer. When it landed on the other side, the static between the villain and his creation zapped straight back through the other way.
"POWER! ENERGY! POWER! ENERGY!" Electro shouted as the electricity caused the lawman to scream in pain before finally collapsing in a heap.
"WHO ELSE WANTS SOME?! I'VE GOT PLENTY MORE TO SPARE!"

The Police were slowly being surrounded on all sides by foes much more powerful than themselves. One of the SWAT officers was able to take advantage of the distraction Electro provided by battling his own teammates to get away from the crazed villain. A second SWAT member, trained and focused fired off a round at Kraven catching him in the shoulder.
Police 4C:
