With all the wild cards, you really need to field Gee with them to give them something useful to copy, plus he gives you a second dose of TK. That said, I don't think I've gotten the chance to field them since Secret Invasion. Need to break them out again.

My New Warriors team got a whole lot better now that I can use mm050 Dagger with the Marvel Knights ATA. Giving all those wildcards Stealth makes me oh so happy. And while E Dagger isn't that great, her first and last clicks are very useful.

Cool Cool. My roommate has that Speedball and he is awesome. He becomes even better with that FF Nova and all of a sudden, Speedballs 7 attacks and now 9s!

I ran the New Warriors last week.

Exp Justice is the go to for Marvel Boy/Justice. Nobody ever sees the running shot.

Also if you're going charcter accurate I use the 100point Gravity feed Nova with the auto break away that does plus one damage for the straight line charge.

Also remember with Firestar's Avengers Keyword you have some nice Avengers ATAs to copy now if you cant afford a Glee (F4), Tigra (animal ata) or Cloak/Dagger (Marvel Knights) on your team.

O speaking of which...feel free to Mod a Nightwing into a Night Thrasher.

I just want to pop in and say I loved New Warriors and loved that first issue on the articles main page. I think it was during Acts of Vengeance and their first enemy was Juggernaut...so cool. Nova or maybe Night Thrasher was worried Fire Star was going to kill him because she was microwave beaming his heart. Picked it up at Eckerd Drugs off a rack, ahhh cool comic memories.

They did, but they named him Bouncing Boy.

(Actually, around here tidge is known to use Speedball as an improved Bouncing Boy on his Legion teams from time to time.)

I may have to get a second Nightwing to do just this. Ironically, the first Night Thrasher mod I ever did was the original Nightwing's body with the Xplosion Taskmaster's head attached and some ribbons from Clobberin' Time Elektra (for the wrap around his leg). Funny how it all comes full circle!

New Warriors was a book that let me get a foot into the Marvel Universe. My little brother had some collectible cards with a few members, and then I saw a few annuals available in a cheap bin.

The ATAs will definitely prompt me to play this team more. I probably put a team together about once a year with them, and usually it's a team-up scenario with heroes that appeared in their series (Firelord, Thing, Guardians of the Galaxy). Those ATAs may make it so I can put out a pure line-up.

how about a Silhouette clix? she was a member issue 2. i'd like to see her made.

Great review! I have a suggestion for Deep Dish: how about the Inhuman ruling couple, Black Bolt and Medusa? If you need more to fluff the article, it could be extended to the Royal Family as well.
