But she's well costed and accurate. So there's no problem. She doesn't do 3 penetrating damage, she does 2 non-penetrating damage. I like this dial immensely, looks very fun.

Nice. I'd have expected her to be a little cheaper, but this is overall a good representation. Only thing that really stands out as wrong to me is the Toughness. I think I'd rather have had her with some Combat Reflexes and a bit more white. I'd also wish she had alternating EE and Incapacitate instead of her attack special, but that's mostly because I dislike gratuitous SPs. The funny thing is, this feels a lot more like Barbara than the 209 Barbara to me.

I thought she was MIA in the new 52

Luckily, a little snip, snip and glue, glue and Babs is happy.
