I think Crystal of the Inhumans and Ronan the Accuser are still technically married. I heard something happened that pulled them apart, but that it wasn't their choice (so I'm not sure which way that one would count as)
And for what it's worth, everything I've seen leads me to believe that in the Marvel Adventures comics the Power Pack's parents are happily married to one another.
Ever since Bobbi came back to life I keep hoping her and Clint get back together. I don't understand why they aren't even married to regular people. When someone does get married they almost always have to marry another superhero.

Hard to date outside of your field. Also hard to get readers attached to regular folks, with a few exceptions.
First of all, I will point out that there is exactly one married gay couple (Northstar and Kyle) and the rest are just in relationships, if that (Mightnighter and Apollo used to count, but the New52 gave them the same treatment as Lois and Clark and they need to start over). And I could name a good 20 odd straight (non married) relationships in comics off the top of my head without batting an eye. So I don't think the numbers are as slanted towards GBLT as your post suggests.
However, you may have a point. Happily married doesn't last long in continuous stories that thrive of drama. Be it comic book or soap operas. The writers feel the need to mix things up, so they kill someone or break up a couple. Sad but true. So, maybe you have a point. We need some long standing relationships to develop (and that takes time).
However, if we are allowed to veer a little off the beaten path, you can find some good ones. For example, in Fables, there are two strong marriages: Beauty & the Beast and Snow & Bigby. Both of which have no signs of ending any time soon.
Yeah, because marriages to soldiers and police officers - who are regularly leaving their loved ones to potentially go out into harms way and sometimes are away for extended periods of time - NEVER work out.
Actually, police officers have one of the highest divorce rates. And, I personally know quite a few fire personnel that put their job before their families.

What?! Crap In A Hat! I am so far behind in Fables. I think I've only read the first 20 or so issues. I figured they would get together, but not married. LOL!!

But that doesn't mean that there aren't tons of police officers who lead perfectly happy marriages and have thriving families.

Marriage is not always comfortable and without tension.
The crowd that is in favor of putting "diversity" in everything don't usually respect or admire straight married couples. We're boring, apparently.
But it's different. As much as I hate to say it, ongoing comics aren't too different from soap operas. Characters float around, go on their next adventure, hook up with their next romantic interest, ect. When you have them marry, you're basically putting them in a situation where they're not as free. Having an unofficial relationship is fun to watch.
For an example of what I'm probably failing to describe see Jim and Pam from the Office.
Anyway, Mantis was married to a tree, but I'm not sure she even exists anymore. And... uh... Zeus is married... it came up recently around Fear Itself when he was drunkenly cheating, so I think it's comic related.
