I had just talked with another player about an Oracle Poison Machine team (dubbed the Opium Team) just yesterday for an event on Thursday.

As far as I know, it's legal!

Oracle has Outwit, Prob, and Perplex on her own.

Poison requires you to be adjacent - so no Poison via agents, just like you can't close combat through an agent.

Smoke Cloud via Gas Pellets that deal penetrating damage (not real Poison, Nate).

Ah, if they see that setup across the board, and still get caught in the cloud, then they deserve to choke on a bit of gas. The fact that the poison on the Utility Belt dial is "correct" instead of the perplex listed on the card has had me a bit fixated on it rather than the delayed effect from the Gas Pellets.

All she needs is a range of 1. Even plain Perplex will do it.

This was the first combo I thought of with the Utility Belt! The only drawback is that another character would benefit more from the stat modifiers, IMO.

So am I to assume this is legal? I can say ten to the rce click on the barbell with prep time, clear, then rce through another character? Or #### down team abilities through other people with her and a full belt?

Yes, as long as she has her range modified +1 or more and they are within that range of a qualifying friendly. Dont know what "####" is, but she can draw line of fire from a qualifying friendly to use the full belt team ability power.
