Two things - first the Humanoid you KOd gets some Shape Change rolls. Gets 2 and 4 for Ultron and Moonstone respectively, so okay.

Then, by my count Iron Man's on his last click. 4 from A-Man and 3 from Zemo. Not that he's likely to last another turn, but he's still in.

Red Hulk's in next. Repulsor Shielded. Peoter TKs him to J4. Strange Perplexes his Damage to 4.

Before others get int he way, Leader Outwits Moonstone's ESD, and uses one of his tokens to make his AV11, shoots at her. DV16. Gets 11. She takes 2 and the KO.
