Yes, I know how tough it can be to level up low point figs from older sets. I hope that the new duo is somewhere in the 50-point-ish range so that it isn't impossible for you to achieve.
Still, scenarios like this one are good opportunities to put weakened bad guys out for the pogs to KO. If only you had a flier to drop Coleen next to some targets.
Also, Joey would still be on his last click.

You need to actively try to set up opportunities for her to pounce on enemies that are weakened enough that she can KO them and thus not face any retaliation, like you did with the Stix she got. Since she has 3 clicks where she can use pounce, if you avoid pushing her you could get 15 IXP an issue using that strategy.
Like, your first instinct may be to let Shang go Jackie Chan-crazy on these two goons, but if you really want to help Coleen collect some points just wait and hold these guys down until she can come in and finish them off.

Oh yeah, that was the plan to get colleen next to some injured guys to hopefully get some swings in. Usually people go after the pogs first in games so they don't even get the chance.

Edit: Blades came through, it was a 6.
