There is a sort of gap between the 'moving walkways,' so that Giant-Man was not moved at the beginning of this turn of yours (4a)... Hence, Giant-Man is still in C13, and i presume this fact would influence the movement of Hulk (and Ronin)...

Special rules for this map:

Orange terrain are moving walkways. At the start of each turn, figures in orange terrain move 1 square towards the thick orange line, starting with the figure closest to the line. These figures automaticly break away.

In turn 3-B Giant-Man was moved to C13, which is past the thick orange line. Is this correct?

that's the way I understand the rules for this map, yes.... i've played on it a couple times, but this particular issue did not come up...
