As long as it's all done during the beginning of the turn, that would be legal.

I called over Frankenstein (who was on click 3) with free MC
Outwitted Frank's Toughness with Hellstrom
Poisoned with Voodoo
Rolled Leadership with Strange
Cleared Voodoo
Dropped a Smoke Cloud for Voodoo's stealth (free when adjacent to Frank)
Perplexed Voodoo's damage with himself...all at the beginning of the turn.
With all that done I finally took my first action, attacked with Voodoo to KO Frank.
