No new news on Victorian regionals event, however Games By The Beach in Frankston will be running FEAR ITSELF!!!

Good Games in Burwood is holding their Regionals event on June 2, according to what's been posted on the Facebook group.

Ah, I'll update the first post. Pity it's Burwood NSW.

really hope fear itself starts early june,
just remembered im going to europe from end of june til start of august,
dont want to miss out on the book of the skull after missing out on the gauntlet and the belt

There's also a group there every Saturday from about 2-2:30pm to 5pm doing 300/500pt constructed. Store has a bunch of maps and tokens/objects to use.

I went last Saturday for the first time. There was only one other clixer who is said to be there every Saturday. There's usually about 6 or so but Supanova was on that weekend. Games By The Beach have a Facebook page where they update information fairly regularly.

FEAR ITSELF at Games By The Beach in Frankston registration is up on wizkidseventsystem.com, first Sunday of every month, starting June 2nd!

There's also a constructed event the day before at Alternate Worlds Bayswater.

FEAR ITSELF at CardTastic Collectables and Gaming, Moorabbin added to the event system. Also doing first Sunday of every month, starting June 2nd.

Its a bit lame that melbourne goes from having barely any events to then having two Fear Itself events on the same day.

To paraphrase alternative rocker Patti Smith "A scene doesn't create itself; it's created by people." I guess Heroclix is growing. The guys down in Frankston are pretty new to it, I'd never heard of this Moorabbin store before seeing it on the event system, let alone it stocking clix. Not sure why the Good Games in Blackburn or Geelong aren't doing Fear Itself. Or if they are, they're slack at promoting it.

Also, still no news on regionals in Victoria, and June 1st at Alternate Worlds Bayswater is 300pt constructed, $6 entry with prizes from an OP kit, everyone gets a prize.

Yea i saw the cardtastic place on the event system too,
looked through their facebook page and their didnt seem to be the slightest mention of heroclix.

I wish i could make it to that constructed but i have heaps of uni assignments due soon and then exams so im just setting aside the 2nd to go to fear month 1.

Goodgame Burwood is running regionals this Sunday from 11am. There will also be a Thursday night one but the date hasn't been confirmed yet.

Pretty good turnout with 8 players at Alternate Worlds Bayswater and 10 Games By The Beach. CardTastic Collectables and Gaming have yet to receive their Fear Itself stock.
