I've never seen this map IRL, but the rendering looks like there are red borders around each roof, which I assumed would make the spaces between the rooftops a lower elevation. There are also no special rules in the "map rules" window, so please fill me in on what I need to know about this map.
So there are 2 elevations on this map - Level 2 is the higher elevation, which you can see in the upper and lower right corners and in columns D-H (Rows 1-9 and 17-24)
Everything else is Level 1, but the spaces between the rooftops are open air terrain and have an orange border. They act like the open air terrain on Hawkworld. Non-fliers who are there at the end of an action take 1 damage and are placed in their owner's starting area.

Thank you! Just one more question (or maybe two ): Are you playing Atlantis Rising this round, and if so, is Level 1 considered grounded terrain for purposes of the BFC?
