You absolutely can outwit Carry on The Bug, but he will still be able to carry. You would be outwitting the "Carry" ability granted by the . However, being a vehicle also allows him separately to "use" carry.
This means he doesn't possess carry from the vehicle, he is merely using it. So while the Carry ability can be outwitted, The Bug will still be able to carry via the Vehicle rules, which as of yet cannot be outwitted.
So, I would allow you to Outwit something else if you wish.

The way the dice took a complete dump on me last match, I'm anticipating I will pc this to a crit. Still, I'm a math guy, and the correct decision is to PC. Gotta stick with the odds.

the only stats i really need from the remaining guys are ASTs from Gollum. how does dr fates power interact with someone already holding an object? i mean, can norman bash the barrier in K-18 and destroy it cause hes holding a LO? that way he can plex AV on Tarot and Gollum can plex dmg and i can try for two shots at an 8.
or can he not use it even though hes holding it cause its part of an SP?
if i can, Ill do that and go for the AST. if not, ill just keep clearing.
He's not using Super Strength when he makes the attack. He uses the power to pick up the object, but actually using the object in the attack does not. Super Strength gives several static effects. You don't give an action to use Super Strength, you just use it. (Like Enhancement)
To clarify, Dr. Fate would stop you from making a move action IF you picked up an object as you are using Super Strength. It would also stop you from using it to use the +2 damage against blocking. But Super Strength doesn't actually give you the damage boost from using an object, the object rules do.
