Well ... that's a whole new level of breaking the rules. Nightcrawler was bad ... this is way worse. We have found the key to really breaking the game - remove action controls.

Yeah, it's definitely an oversight. Gordon is powerful on his own, but that ability combined with BatCat is ridiculous. The Cruisers, pieces like Lucius and the other super cheap utility pieces that 'Gotham City' has, just makes it gross.
Leadership 1/2: 1 for Gordon, then 1 for Lucius. Yeesh.
1) Frank will push to bump Psylocke off the building to KO. Ends move in F/G-9/12 dropping Gordon in E-11.

Free) Outwit Invulnerability on Magneto.
