If I remember correctly Nightwing has a 10 attack value. His damage also drops after the first click and he loses outwit after the second. The guy should have a 17 defense and a little CCE if you ask me. I'm guessing that the "Son of Darkseid" you are referring to is Orion? If so the guy is #### strong and a hell of a fighter. A 5 is a high damage. I would have gone with a 4 myself to match Superman. If anyone should have had a 5 it should have been Darkseid and Doomsday.
They should have given the DC guys solid damage instead of CCE. Doomsday, Superman and other figs. The term Close Combat Expert clearly implies that that character is an expert in the area of close combat. It should be reserved to certain characters like Batman, Nightwing, Bane, Wonder Woman, Deathstroke, ect. I won't even get started on the low attack values. I hope that they make up for the mistakes in Cosmic Justice, but from the looks of characters like Batgirl and Deathstroke I don't feel so certain.
