I have a few questions as well,
1st- Lets say I have a 300 point game and I choose to play teen titans at 280 with all 4 pieces attached. Can I send Robin out on a solo adventure? Placing him on the map increases the build total past the 300, or would the only restriction be if I played a 300 point JL base and removed enough characters to go over the total points of the team base itself.
As pointed out above, the limit has nothing to do with the build total. You could Solo Robin and even a couple others, just so long as A) there are at least 3 still on the base and B) the total point value of the Solo characters does not exceed the value of the team dial.

2nd- A figure is removed and dealt damage escapes and then rejoins the team does the damage transfer or would the damage kinda disapear?
Superman goes on a solo adventure hits scarlet witch 1 mystics damage. superman flys back and rejoins the team?
Absolutely nothing in Solo Adventure or A Team Reunited says anything about damaging the team dial. You just put the Solo'd character back on the dial. That's it.
ok one more clarification...
I play JL at it's yellow line and I have 4 attached superman batman flash and wonder woman.
Only the flash has a yellow starting line so does that make him the only one that can be removed? Can Batman go solo? If yes, would he start at his blue line or just be immediately ko'd?
Just want to check I'm understanding 'Working Together' right. It says you can only give them up to 1 move action, up to 1 power action, up to 1 close combat action, and up to up to 1 ranged combat action. But you can give them any number of close combat or ranged attacks.
So, say I'm playing the Teen Titans team base in a 400 point game, with Robin and Kid Flash showing on the Asset dial.
1. Can I use Working Together and do Hypersonic Speed as my one power action, two ranged Combat Attacks, and then move as my fourth action? (Effectively letting me move into range, hit 3 times, then run away.)
2. Can I use Outwit in the middle of Working Together? If so, does it count as one of the four free actions I can make?

WORKING TOGETHER: Give this character a power action and it may be given one action as a free action for every 100 points or fraction thereof of its point value. These free actions may be used for any action, but you may only give the character up to 1 move action, up to 1 power action, up to 1 close combat action, and up to 1 ranged combat action. Any number of these free actions may be used to make either a close or ranged combat attack.
1) That's exactly how it works.
2) You can, but it would be one of your actions. The "...it may be given one action as a free action..." does not restrict the type to non-free.

So you're telling me that that even though the wording on working together doesn't say I'm allowed to use free actions as part of my free actions I can do so.
We've always been told, "does it say you're allowed to do so, if it doesn't say so then you can't." It literally gives you a list of what actions you're allowed to do, move action, power action, ranged combat action, close combat action and regular ranged or close combat attacks.
Asset abilities can be countered as if they were a combat ability.
Say I'm using Villains for Hire. Deathstroke, Cheshire, and Cinder are all showing. Can the Asset dial as a whole be outwitted with a single outwit? Or just each individual power given by the attached characters?

(I know the powers can't be countered)
Each is a separate Asset Ability, so it would typically take one use of Outwit to counter each.

Ok thanks. One more thing, since I'm sure there's a decent chance this may come up. The grants the following combat abilities: Working Together, Practiced Maneuvers, Solo Adventure, A team Reunited, and Team Coordination.
Are these powers only available when the symbol is on the asset dial? or are they available all the time?
Also, if they're available all the time due to the symbol being in the attack spot on the dial, is that symbol able to be outwitted? Or is the fact that the powers granted by it aren't able to be countered preventing that?

Those abilities are granted by the symbol on the base, not by the symbol appearing in the Asset dial
You can never counter a combat symbol, but you can usually counter the abilities granted by that symbol. However, the description for team dials says that the combat abilities granted by the symbol cannot be countered.
