This is the most aggressive Zod we've gotten yet, and he's certainly fearsome on his top click, but a closer inspection starts to bring out his flaws - including only four clicks of reducers, a string of 9/16 for 3 clicks, and a few clicks where he simply forgets how to move and attack together. When paying 250, you need those hits to land, and by the time he hits click 3 he has no better odds on the field than a typical 100 pointer.
To make Zod's Trait work, you have to choose opportunistic targets. Zod is best when playing hide-and-seek, using Sharpshooter while HSS-ing to snag whomever has Outwit, or bringing in a heavy to fight a more bruising foe. When CR shows up, don't be shy to get in close. When Regen shows up, don't stand there and try - use HSS to try to plink someone while running away to safety - THEN Regen.
Run him with wildcards to maximize that awesome TA and don't forget you can Sharpshoot with Outwit.
