I don't think you're understanding how flurry and exploit weakness work. They both require you to give a close combat action and therefore can not interact with one another, so really he's only dealing 6 on his top click and 4 on his 3rd click if you're choosing to use flurry on a piece with invul.

It typically works out that Dracula does the same total amount.
Two attacks with 4 damage reduced by 2 = 2 Damage per attack = 4 total Damage
4 damage with Exploit nets a the same 4 damage
The only difference is that with Flurry, Dracula nets two uses of Steal Energy, but your only talking about a marginal increase (6 over two attacks versus one attack for five with exploit)

Okay so the pack that this fig comes with is Raizo Kodo, thule priest, Sin, Black Widow and this guy? We did FI month 5 event where you use the entire booster and fill the rest to make a 700 point team. Three out wits and a turn 5 prob. Devastating.

mine was Dracula, Raizo Kodo, Thule Priest, Iron Fist, Titania. would've taken Sin over Iron Fist all day.

Just played him with 35 pt gauntlet. He ATE the Shi'ar teambase. With Ghost Rider and Silver Samurai to knock Shiar off that stupid first dial, Dracula popped out already at +1 and hit +2 by turn 6. Took a whole 6 damage the entire game and healed up to his top two dials three times.

Finally pulled this guy along with SR Spider-Man the other day!

My biggest question (as a collector) is how to price him? Amazon says $55, here says $20, ebay has him from $45 to down to $2.....what's a collector to do?

What I would do is find out what people have actually paid for him recently, shipping included. He's a good figure, but there's a strong chance his demand won't spike suddenly so whatever he's going for now is probably as much as you can reasonably expect before he just kind of fades into memory.
