I'm not a huge proponent of this piece of anything, I don't even have it, but Mind Control is a game changer. Especially when you can do it to two targets two turns in a row, and feedback damage only gets you closer to even better clicks.
Now that it's not a stupid idea to Mind Control your opponents best figures because you're not taking half your dial in feedback damage, this is a pretty good piece. It sounds like in your experience the MC wasn't really focused on. I think that's a mistake, and when used well it is one of the best powers in today's game.
Uhhh...how is Betsy here only rated at 3 stars? She's amazing O_o
Because with only 4 or 5 people bothering to vote, all it takes is one person to vote 1 star because he doesn't know how to use her, and it skews the entire rating. Unfortunately with the way this part of the site is set up, it takes a bit too much energy to vote on each figure you come across. (Maybe not 1 or 2, but add in hundreds, and there are too many clicks involved). If they had it set up like most other sites with the ability to vote using the stars right next to the picture of the figure, more people would probably do it and Psylocke would be up in the 4+ stars she deserves.
She's terrible, that's why. If she's so great, please post a team that uses her, and post the team that you beat with your team. Also note the map. I really want to see how she's made to work.

If you can't find a use for a piece with Stealth, Willpower, and 8 range, dual target Mind Control, I'm not sure that I can help you, friend. She's easily the best version of Betsy yet, both in terms of sculpt and dial, and 5 stars all the way.

Spozun, we've already had this conversation: you not being able to make her work does not translate into the figure being terrible. Speaking from experience: she offers a variety of options just from the dial alone; makes a useful addition to Excalibur, Hand, and X-Men teams; and has good synergy with the Phoenix Force. If she doesn't work with your play style or you can't figure out how to utilize her, don't use Psylocke. But that's down to factors involving you, not because the figure is inherently bad.
While I am not a big fan of her as a standalone figure, I think she brings a lot to the table as a Solo adventure off of her Team base. From the 300-point dial, you can just split her off into an adjacent square of Hindering for a quick outwit and double MC, giving a lot of value right away, while she is protected by stealth so the opponent can't snipe her for some easy points.

That's a really nice piece of analysis. If you can drop her off and get an immediate use out of her, I can see that working well.
Win / Loss: 9-5 I love this version of Psylocke. This captures the comic version of the character better than any prior. The short range and lack of early move and attack allow her to be overlooked quite often. That's when her 8 range dual target Mind Control comes into play, combining perfectly with her Willpower. Precision Strike lets her combat with anyone with Super-Senses for "defense". 3 damage is average and if she does get hit it brings up her best click: stealth, 18 defense (in close), Outwit, Precision Strike, Mind Control. 7 clicks of life pretty much prevents her from being one-shotted, too and with clever use of the X-Men TA she can hop around her dial. Probably not the easiest piece to use for players relying on move-and-attack or those who only want the name and TK the GSX version offers, but on builds of 400 or greater (especially 500), she can do very well.

Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
