What's the overall rate of bad trades vs bad sales, here? Just curious.

I think that Priority Mail should be required (using USPS) to send all larger items (colossals, lots, team bases, etc.), as it expedites the process and normally prevents excessive damage to the packages.

Bulk Rate/Parcel is horrendous, not just because of wait times, but also because of the condition boxes often arrive in (I've had items crushed/destroyed). If the difference is $4-6, either lighten the load to send cheaper (at First Class or a lower Priority cost), or take the hit.

I never ship bulk rate or parcel, but I mostly didn't know there was a cheaper option. I cover everything in a ton of bubble wrap/packing peanuts/ or other items. My rule is if I can shake the box and it moves then I need to put more packing materials in. If it isn't moving inside the box then you should be safe

Yea no package today. I feel sorry for the dude actually. Lying to people and taking their money in order to survive in life. Thats such an awful sounding way to live. Maybe he needs help or something, he has no integrity, no money, lies, the list goes on. Gotta have some emotional/mental issues if you live like that.

Mike has always seemed like a nice guy on HCR, but I learned a long time ago (from reading the complaint threads) that he is an irresponsible trader/seller. Jarimy, I am very sorry that you got burned like this - especially by someone who knows you in person. At this point I really do feel that people should get perma-banned from trading when it becomes clear that they are repeat offenders. Mike's track record speaks volumes for itself.

And if you are reading this, Mike - do the right thing. Don't go into the annals of HCR as being just another worthless scammer. Man up and take responsibility. Do the right thing.

Yea I totally take this on me as far as not making him send first. Guess you just think you know someone but I should of known given his past way of handling responsibility. Lesson learned, Paypal will send it back within a couple days.

Just hope others who might be FB friends with him see this.

He's a scammer- plain and simple and there's a plethora of negative feedback he should have gotten that he whined to mods to remove back in the day.

Well, generally when I hop onto a thread and call his scammer butt out, he'll respond. He's such a waste of skin and a detriment to the trading community.

It sounds to me like he just needs to be banned again!

Jarimy, have you posted anything to his wall on FB? Maybe soon that repeatedly would get his attention.

I've dealt with him on several occasions in the past, and it's never gone completely smoothly. Always seems like there is some kind of snag. However, he's always come though in the end.

Really don't know the guy, but naturally saw all the bad stuff around him. Many a time was tempted to try a trade or purchase, but always felt a little uncomfortable, fortunately.

Sorry about the rip Jarimy, least you'll get the money back. Now as to you MIKE....time to do the right thing....apologize, go back and right the wrongs and stop living recklessly!

And ya know I can understand the not responding if there is a real life stuff goin on.....but seems in his case it's more of a just don't feel like it. Doesn't take but a couple minutes tops to rev up the phone/puter/whatever and say...something!

He messaged me today apologizing, said he just couldn't get it out. The tracking # now shows it went out today. I really don't think he gets it that a simple message days ago would have prevented this all in the first place.

Yeah, his behavior is unacceptable. It doesn't take much to send a message.

One thing though, as far as the "I got a message from the west coast first" thing. Don't always go by that. Sometimes a package gets mis-sorted or simply doesn't go out on time. Here's an example... I made a deal on like Wednesday and got the package Saturday from Cali. Yet the package from IL was mailed on the 20th and didn't get here until the 28th. I know it doesn't apply to this situation. I just want to say that as maybe it could avoid a situation in the future.
