Was the character Quake erratad to allow her quake to hit multiple elevations?
THEY ALL FALL FOR ME: Quake can use Quake. When she does, she treats opposing characters up to 2 squares away as if they were adjacent and after actions resolve, deal 1 penetrating damage to any one character that was hit.

Her power, if correctly quoted, modifies the definition of adjacency. If the character is on a different elevation but satisfies her revised definition, why would that prevent them being targeted with her attack?
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

I agree. I see no reason why she couldn't hit characters on a different elevation as long as they are within 2 squares. She could even hit characters on the other side of blocking terrain.
