Just to add fuel to the fire, can I choose when to use free actions? Do they have to be used immediately or used when I want? I can use Perplex, Outwit, and Prob when I went within the restrictions of the power. So, if I activate Prof X/Mag or Exodus' special power could I save the free action to use later in my turn or do I have to use it immediately?

"After actions resolve" generally means immediately unless the power says otherwise. The game doesn't want you to keep track of special triggers that you don't have a reference to.

I've got a question regarding those powers :
Can I use them to make 3 attacks ?
For example can I give a ranged combat action to Exodus to use Psychic Blast, then use TK on an opponent as a free action and then use Psychic Blast as a free action if TK hits ?
What, you didn't believe me at first, pal ?
Lol
I've read it first on here in another thread before posting it to the french forum...
Nothing personal my friend : I would have ruled the other way around by instinct (2 attacks, not 3). I didn't know you came here first. I will bow to whatever the final decision is, and it seems it's gonna go my way in the end so maybe I was right to come by after all

What completely undermines my faith in the Rules Squad is that this had to be "brought to their attention."
It's TWO GUYS on a dial, why would you think THREE attacks is what was 'intended'? I'm baffled. Exodus? Eh, I dunno about that, but looking at the wording and going with the gut it's abundantly clear it's supposed to be "this then that," NOT "this then that then this."
Gagh!
The reason they probably didn't see this as a problem is because this particular "loophole" has existed for quite a while now. Older game element(s) have a similar ability to pull off three actions (can't remember the exact number of game elements).

I never thought about this before but Psychic Blast activates even though it is not used. For example Exodus Psychic Blasts Longshot(who has had his energy shield outwitted) to activate this chain. The Psychic Blast wasn't even used! Man, I'm not sure it should work that way but it does because of wording.

I'm not sure what you're saying here. Can you elaborate?

I apologize. What I'm saying is that Psychic Blast activates from a ranged combat action even when penetrating damage is not dealt. There for Exodus even after not dealing penetrating damage gets to use telekinesis and then possibly another opportunity to use Psychic Blast without actually dealing penetrating damage. Seems wrong that Psychoc Blast would even activate without dealing penetrating damage but it does. I just never even thought about it until it was used against me.

I see what you're saying.
Keeping in mind that "hitting" with this power is different than dealing damage. When you use RCA to activate P/PB, you've used it regardless of the outcome. If you roll high enough to hit and the result isn't changed (Super Senses or similar), then you've "hit". If the character then rotates his dial due to damage, the damage is then "dealt".
All of these things are different steps. As far as this duo or the Russian are concerned, they're just looking for that second part where the attack roll is successful.

I don't see a problem with allowing the 3rd attack considering that's how its been worded. This is hardly as bad as Team Bases.
A lot of the times the wording works within the rules but the actual result is different then intention. A great example of this is Archangel from this set. His wording works perfectly fine within the rules but it's function as written is very different than how his power is actually intended to function.

Oh I get it. I'm saying they should just let it stand like they have in many other situations where the end result was far more abusive. Sort of a what's-done-is-done situation. The 3 attacks only come out under limited circumstances, require consecutive successful hits to continue, and are easily countered by Outwit. Not to mention you may not even deal damage during the TK attacks. Of all the things to be 'looking into' this particular oversight is hardly a game changer.
